Van welk materiaal zijn REDBAG-producten gemaakt?
Van gerecyclede brandweerslang — het materiaal dat brandweerlieden bij echte branden gebruiken. Na afkeuring krijgt de slang een nieuw leven als tas, riem of accessoire. Elk product is handgemaakt in Nederland.
Is elk product echt uniek?
Ja. Brandweerslang wordt per stuk afgekeurd na gebruik. De kleur, textuur en slijtage verschillen per slang — geen 2 REDBAG-producten zijn precies hetzelfde.
Hoe onderhoud ik mijn REDBAG-product?
Een vochtige doek is genoeg. Brandweerslang is van nature waterbestendig en afwasbaar. Bewaar het product uit direct zonlicht voor de langste levensduur.
Kan ik mijn product personaliseren?
Bij een aantal producten kun je een Naamtag toevoegen, zoals de Messenger Bag XL, Backpack en Sports-Travel Bag. Check de productpagina om te zien of dit bij jouw tas mogelijk is.
Hoe lang duurt levering?
We verzenden je bestelling zo snel mogelijk. Om onnodige ritten en verpakkingsmateriaal te besparen, bundelen we bestellingen en verzenden we op vaste momenten in de week, waardoor de verwerking soms iets langer duurt. Bij maatwerk of tijdelijk niet op voorraad kan de levertijd langer zijn. In Nederland en België betalen wij 50% van de verzendkosten.
Kan ik een product retourneren?
